My command

I just ordered from Chipiron. When will I receive it?

Shipping of orders on working days (Monday to Friday except public holidays) Your orders are prepared with the greatest care and are shipped within 3 days. The delivery time then depends on the shipping solution chosen.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Currently it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is prepared in our warehouse in order to ship it to you as quickly as possible.

But we still remain at your disposal to find a solution.

I received my order but it does not suit me. How to proceed ?

Returns are free for France. You have 14 days after your order to return an item that does not suit you. Beyond that, any returns will be refused.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition. ✅

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If it is an exchange, the delivery costs of the new product will be offered.

My item is defective, how do I return it?

If one of our items has a defect, you have 60 days from the order date.

I want to have a custom board made, how do I contact the shaper?

You will find a dedicated page to contact Damien, the shaper. Leave us your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

My account

I forgot my password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Account” space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile.

Then click on “forgotten password?”

You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.

How can I change my password and ?

From the “My account” section then in “Manage my personal information”, you can modify your password via “Change my password” or modify your email address for a future order via “Change my connection information” .

Are my bank details safe?

Your banking information is not stored on the servers of our banking partner. This is why you are asked for them again for each new order on our site. Your payments are encrypted and are made directly to Crédit Agricole's computer servers. All information exchanged to process your payment is encrypted using the 3D secure protocol and your data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties.

Delivery

What are the shipping fees ?

Home delivery: Delivery within 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) €7.95
Delivery to relay point - Mondial Relay: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) €5.50
The merchant keeps your package for 8 working days at Point Relais® and/or lockers.

How to track my order ?

If you have a tracking number, your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier.

You will find your number on your account.

Where is my order history?

To view your order history, we invite you to log in to your account. Then go to the “Order History” category.

To which countries can Chipiron deliver?

We deliver to France (Mainland and Overseas Territories), and to all countries of the European Union, as well as to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Are returns free?

If you choose a credit, returns are free, because you have the right to be wrong or to change your mind!

For refunds, return costs are at your expense.
