DELIVERY DELAY
All items for sale on our site are in stock. All our orders are shipped from our warehouses within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) following your order. The deadlines indicated are the deadlines announced by our carriers, in working days.

DAMAGED PACKAGE
We ask you not to receive a damaged package (packaging showing visible signs of opening and/or deterioration): you must refuse it. Indeed, packages leaving our offices are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this condition. If a damaged package has been placed in your mailbox or your caretaker has received it, the package is considered “accepted as is”. If no reservation has been expressed, we will not be able to take into account possible disappearances or provide compensation.

DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO (standard)
The tracked colissimo is delivered by La Poste in 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman leaves you a calling card, indicating the conditions for collecting your package (location and deadlines). Processing times are generally 15 days. Deadlines: the package leaves our premises one or two working days following order confirmation. For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.

DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST (express)
The Chronopost is delivered by La Poste or its subcontractors on the working day following the day of the order. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman leaves you a calling card, indicating the conditions for collecting your package (location and deadlines). Processing times are generally 15 days.
Deadlines: the package leaves our premises one or two working days following order confirmation.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day, after 1 p.m. they will be shipped the next day.
For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.

IN-STORE COLLECTION
You can also choose to collect your order free of charge from the Chipiron store, 358 avenue des charpentiers, zone pédebert, Soorts Hossegor.
All our orders are prepared within the day, following your order.
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready.
It is imperative to specify when ordering in which store you wish to collect your order.

RETURNS
You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return costs are your responsibility.
We will reimburse you the amount paid for the acquisition of the item excluding shipping costs.
The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal, following a telephone or off-premises canvassing, without having to give reasons for his decision or to bear any costs other than those provided for in Articles L. 221. -23 to L. 221-25 .
The period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him, for contracts for the sale of goods.
In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately or in the case of an order for a good made up of lots or multiple pieces whose delivery is spread over a defined period, the period runs from receipt of the last good or batch or the last piece.

The possibility of resorting to a consumer mediator under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI.
The list and precise content of this information are fixed by decree of the Council of State.

All returned items will be subject to inspection. They must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and will be returned to you.
