DELIVERY TIMES

All items on sale on our website are in stock. All our orders are shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) following your order. The indicated times are the delays announced by our carriers, in working days.

DAMAGED PARCELS

We ask you not to accept delivery of a damaged package (packaging bearing visible traces of opening and / or deterioration): it is imperative to refuse it. Please note that the parcels expedited from our warehouses are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this same state. If a damaged package has been deposited in your mailbox or your housekeeper or anyone else has received it, the package is considered “accepted as is”. If no reservations have been made, we will not be able to take into account any disappearances or to compensate.

DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO (standard)

La Poste delivers the tracked Colissimo within 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the address specified on your order form. It is therefore important to be accurate about your shipping address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman will leave a notice of passage containing information on the withdrawal of your parcel (location and times). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days. Delay: the parcel leaves our premises one or two working days following the confirmation of order. For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.

DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST (express)

La Poste or its subcontractors deliver Chronopost on the working day following the day of the order. It is delivered to the address specified on your order form. It is therefore important to be specific about your shipping address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman will leave a notice of passage containing information on the withdrawal of your parcel (location and times). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days.

Delay: the parcel leaves our premises one or two working days following the confirmation of order.

Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, after 1pm, they will be shipped the next day.

For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.

STORE PICKUP

You can also choose to withdraw your order free of charge at Chipiron, ZA Pédebert, avenue des forgerons in Soorts Hossegor, France.
All our orders are prepared within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) following your order.
An email is sent to you as soon as your order is ready.
It is imperative to specify when ordering in which shop you wish to withdraw your order.

RETURNS

You can return an item within 7 days from receipt of your order.
You bear the costs of returns.
We will refund the amount paid for the item’s purchase excluding postage.

IMPORTANT NOTE !

The “On Sale” items CANNOT be RETURNED nor EXCHANGED!
All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, unused and in their original state. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be returned and will be returned to you.
